    everything was fabulous, good service, particularly good location just off the marine activities, the philippines alone, and a very nearby platform. loved the deluxe queen room i had with snacks, mini bar, for instance. i had really amazing days staying at this low-budget hotel.

    The staff were extremely polite and friendly

    Very slow check in/out process, very little to keep you occupied when the weather is poor, spa closed for maintenance during our stay but we were not advised of this during booking.

    great stay but a few improvements needed

    The breakfast spread was really good and included some of the best French toasts I've ever had. The pool area was fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us after check-out. The sea view from our Beautiful Garden Room was fine and added to the overall experience.

    The location is a bit isolated, making it challenging to explore nearby attractions without arranging transportation.

    A beautiful tropical escape

    The villa was comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of tasty dining options available at the resort. Most importantly, the staff were kind and attentive. Getting to the city center can be challenging due to distance and limited shuttle schedules.

    The staff attitude so positive and the nice rooms.

    We did not like that the Tapas lounge was often closed for private parties. The number of "eating/drink" places limited - and bad idea only to try selling the Buffet being dinner or breaksfast. Buffet vastely overpriced.

    Hotel is good, but it just opened, so there are some drawbacks. But I think that in a short time to fix them. On the territory of absolutely no waste basket, the water in the shower goes bad. Otherwise, great, new hotel.

    The beach and pool area were perfect for relaxation, and we loved enjoying drinks while watching the sunset. Staff were so helpful, assisting us with tours around the area. The ocean view from our room was amazing, especially in the morning. Definitely try the delicious food options!

    The only downside was that it was a bit far from the main attractions, made traveling a bit inconvenient.

    The beach is not that nice, but you need to go further afield in the Philippines to get good beaches and Crimson is based on convenience - 15 mins from airport.
